Child safety standards

Tint is an 18+ dating app for adults only. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form, anywhere on our service.

The short version

Nobody under 18 is allowed on Tint. Content that sexualizes or endangers minors is removed immediately, the account is permanently banned, and where the law requires it we preserve the material and report it to the relevant authorities.

Our standards

  • Adults only. Tint is strictly 18+. Every account must provide a date of birth at signup, and we remove accounts that we determine belong to anyone under 18 — on report or on our own review, without warning or refund.
  • Zero tolerance for CSAE. Any content that depicts, promotes, solicits, or normalizes the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors is banned. This includes real, edited, drawn, and AI-generated material, and it includes text: grooming, sextortion, and attempts to arrange contact with a minor.
  • Proactive moderation. Public photos pass automated screening before they appear, and our team reviews flagged photos, profiles, and reports. Suspected underage accounts are removed rather than given the benefit of the doubt.
  • Consequences. CSAE content or behaviour leads to immediate content removal and a permanent ban. Where required by law, we preserve the evidence and report it to the appropriate child-safety authorities and law enforcement, and we cooperate with lawful investigations.

How to report

  • In the app: every profile and every chat has Report. Choose the “Underage” reason for anyone who appears to be under 18, or describe the concern in your own words. Reports are confidential and reviewed by our team, typically within 24 hours.
  • By email: write to support@tintdating.com with the profile name and what you saw. Child-safety reports are prioritized ahead of everything else.
  • To the authorities: if a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. You can also report CSAE directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at report.cybertip.org or to your national child-protection hotline.

Compliance

These standards implement our obligations under applicable child safety laws and Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy. Our designated child-safety point of contact is reachable at support@tintdating.com and is prepared to speak to our CSAM prevention practices and compliance.
