1. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement to use Tint. By using Tint you represent that you meet these requirements. Tint is intended for gay, bi, and queer men seeking connection.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and one account per person. Do not share your account or let anyone under 18 use it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines at all times, including the strict no-nudity and no-explicit-content rules. You will not use Tint for anything unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or that infringes others’ rights.

4. Content you share

You keep ownership of the photos and text you post, and you grant Tint a limited license to host and display that content so the app can function. You are responsible for what you share and confirm you have the right to share it.

4a. Zero tolerance for objectionable content & abusive users

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on Tint. Sexually explicit content, nudity, content involving minors, non-consensual or exploitative content, harassment, hate speech, threats, and solicitation are strictly prohibited. We act on reports of such content or behaviour — typically within 24 hours — by removing the content and ejecting the offending user, and we report illegal content to the appropriate authorities.

5. Moderation & enforcement

We may review, remove content, limit, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that break these Terms or our Guidelines, with or without notice. Verification and safety checks may be required.

6. Subscriptions

Tint may offer paid features (e.g., Tint Premium). Paid subscriptions are billed through your app store and renew automatically unless cancelled. Manage or cancel in your app store account settings.

7. Disclaimers

Tint is provided “as is.” We do not conduct criminal background checks and cannot guarantee the conduct or identity of any member. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other people.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or interactions with other members.
